Global Women’s Health in 2021

We Are a Global Community of Women

I don’t know about you, but, my 2021 is going to be FEARLESS!

I plan to design and create the year that takes care of the whole me. I will schedule meditation into my day, as well as, physical movement and exercise. I welcome health-seeking that involves mind, body and spirit. Global health for the whole woman!

Last year was a #$%%!!! show , but I learned how to continue global activism and advocacy, despite the Pandemic.

Food and Water

The basics of keeping ourselves healthy involves being selective about the foods we eat. Food insecurity limits choices and impacts our health and the health of all women in our community.

Healthy food

Caring for our body requires access to nutritious foods. The health of many families suffer because of  limited choices.

We can work for equal access to healthy food.  Families with limited resources live among us. In the United States, one of the wealthiest countries in the world, we can take action to make sure families have enough to eat.
