Medical professionals, including the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department faculty of Addis Ababa University, members of the Ethiopian Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ESOG) are in attendance. Significant concerns are expressed by conference participants.
1) How to motivate women to actively seek screening and preventative care
2) the need to develop a national tumor registry
3) how to alleviate stress imposed on the healthcare system by the attrition of physicians in the public sector.
